Casual Power – Looking At Today’s Business Casual Dress Issue

By Jeanette M. Coon, President and Owner, Professional Polish

If you go downtown or walk into a majority of companies, you will not find many power suits greeting you. If fact, you will find anything but that. What has happened with corporate dress in America and where is it leading? Jeanette Coon, a leading corporate image consultant, gives you her views.

The Texas Business Conference 2001 provided these statistics to answer the employer’s question “Why do employees leave us?”

1.      56% of the employers failed to show concern for them.

2.      45% of the employers failed to treat them fairly.

3.      41% of the employers failed to trust them

MIND YOURS & Q’S – Business Etiquette For The Professional

By Jeanette M. Coon, President and Owner, Professional Polish

Can knowing the rules of etiquette make or break career? Can not knowing them affect your bottom line?

Introducing Color-On-Line

How many times have we said, this month (or year), “I’m going to take stock of my clothes and weed out all those things don’t look good on me. I’m getting organized!” ? But then we take a look in our closet and there are just so many things we can’t part with. We’re not sure whether they enhance our image or not – but then we really don’t have the time to try to figure it out. If that sounds like you, then Color-On-Line may be just for you.

Introducing Professional Polish Shopping-On-Line
