It is my pleasure to present to you the Juliana Collezione Spring II 2002 Season. This collection is full of wonderful surprises. Exciting colors, new textures and updated silhouettes will make this the season to remember.

This being the true Hot weather season of the year we have turned up the heat in the design room to give you incredible newness . . . . The collection focus is primarily on more casual dressing but it also features very special clothing for more formal occasions.

The first group of the season features graphic black and white and introduces exciting new trends. The group extends from casual to career to special occasion. It includes a new black micro stretch, graphic box jacquard, stretch photo rose print, sateen pin stripe and soft feather crepe in black and white. The starlight embroidery is elegant and perfect for amid summers night out. Every item is new and exciting and has a youthful flair. Perforated leather top, chiffon peasant skirt and a feminine ruffle sweater are but a few of the new items that set the tone.

Group two is softer in coloration featuring sanded faille cupro in haze blue, diagonal stretch wave in white and border batique stretch twill in multi sunwashed shades. It is punctuated by a weightless voile smocked blouse, sky print micro jersey tops and exciting laser treatment with beading on stretch suede. This group is a must for lazy, hazy summer days.

Group three is energetic and bold in combinations of crimson red and bright white. It is a clean and refreshing mix of textures and patterns. The stretch cotton sateen in crimson will glisten in the sun and is made even more striking with contrast white stitching. The bold stretch rose print is a real American Beauty and will feel at home next to the pool or on an elegant veranda for lunch. Have fun with the pique daisy and the graphic chevron in white and pair them up with feminine sweaters or the relaxed hopsack jacket with white cording.

Group four reintroduces our bestselling navy stretch tech from Spring and mixes it with new bold colors and fabrics. The watercolor print shows images of far away exotic vistas and is equally exciting as a georgette blouse or the jersey silk tank. The navy is paired with white stretch tech in bold new color blocked styles or is punctuated by cool Caribbean blue suede jacket, star embroidery yellow twill and incredibly lush peach skin. When you include the cool cotton pin dot and fresh summer sweaters, you have the ingredients for an exciting summer wardrobe.

Group five is a Funky combination of stretch two faced twill in blue-grass and the color splash print in both stretch twill and sheer crinkle chiffon. Colorful refreshing embroidery on cotton pique and knit can also be used as novelty items with other groups. This group beckons the wearer to have fun so put on your love beads and join in.

The final group of this collection sparkles with elegant details and embellishment. Turquoise colored shantung and platinum stretch silk crepe can go to any occasion. The plume print is elegant on silk chiffon and can be dressed up or down. The vine embroidered silk chiffon has the platinum ground and droplets of translucent beads. The sweaters are perfectly coordinated to the fabrics but can be mix-matched to create different attitudes!
